My Current Makeup Routine

Good morning!! I am So excited to share my makeup routine with you guys. Full disclosure...It changes seasonally. This post is not sponsored. I just pulled all my essentials out of my makeup bag so I could tell you all about them. I really like for my daytime makeup routine to look like it was effortless and honestly, its pretty simple. So without further ado…

PRIMER I’ve been using this primer and really love it. It’s PERFECT for under your makeup because it really minimizes your pores and gives your face a perfect prep for your foundation.

FOUNDATION I’ve been using this foundation for YEARS! I do sometimes change it up but I always come back to it eventually. (I use shade 3W1) This foundation is the best out there (in my opinion) – it stays put ALL DAY and I never find that it looks oily or caked. I use this foundation brush to apply and it really helps to get that flawless look!

UNDER EYES/HIGHLIGHTED AREAS This concealer is my absolute favorite product of everything in my bag. I cannot go with out this EVER! CONTOUR This bronzer is a must! I’ve used it since its inception because it is literally the perfect contour shade for almost every skin shade! I apply it down the sides of my nose, underneath my cheekbones, around my hairline, and under my jaw line do give me a sculpted look.

BLUSH This blush color is the absolutely perfect shade of pink. As a makeup artist I use so many different colors of blushes I can't even count but in a pinch every time I grab for this one bc it goes with so much. It gives you the perfect pinched cheek.

HIGHLIGHT I LOVE with an obsession a good highlight. This highlighter is so amazing for a day time look and reflects the sunlight so beautifully people will think you're glowing.

EYESHADOW

I have two favorite palettes I am using everyday. Tom Ford in Golden Mink and this Stark Naked Palette. The Stark Naked is multipurpose. You can use it for blush, highlight and contour. It just depends if I'm feeling taupe or peachy pink. They are both definitely in the neutral category and could work with any outfit. EYELASHES FRIENDS!!! I cannot say enough about my MAGNETIC LASHES. The are so easy to wear and I never lose eyelashes due to water proof mascara or glue for false lash strips. Check out my page on how our lashes work. For day time my go to is Fantasy.

EYEBROWS I have recently changed up my eyebrow routine from the Benefit brow bar to this ToriBelle The Works brow and eyeliner in Taupe and sometimes(depending on how light or dark my hair is) I use Brown. Eyebrows are another essential part of my daily makeup routine. I rarely even go to the gym with out my eyebrows on. LOL. SETTING POWDER Setting powder is a mustl for preventing shine and keeping your makeup in place! I use this one and really like it.

LIPS Right now its summer so I am living in three different hippies right now because I cannot choose between them. This 24K lipgloss is beautiful and high shine. This Ignite lip plumping gloss is perfect for perfecting you pout with a hint of pink color. Last but definitely not least. This Nars lipgloss has always been one of my favorites. With is coral and gold tones it is perfect for summer.
